I’m a day late, but I’m still posting! I was going to get this up yesterday, but then time slipped away from me between reading for school and watching the 5th episode of Good Omens (such a good show – if you haven’t already, check it out!), and this morning I had a bit of panic when I realized I was late.
Then I realized that life would go on, and I’d just post it tonight. I’m quite knowledgeable.
So, meal plan!!!
June 3: we had slow cooker cream cheese chicken chili (topped with shredded cheddar – so good!), salad
June 4: pressure cooker cheesy enchilada rice (it currently smells AMAZING), salad
June 5: jalapeno popper zucchini boats
June 6: same thing as Monday
June 7: same as Tuesday
June 8: homemade chicken noodle soup
June 9: grill something!!
This Sunday we smoked a pork shoulder rather than grilling something, but we still used something from the freezer, so yay for us!
