Hello friends! I’m here with another weekly meal plan to share with you. I cannot believe we’re already almost in May! This year is just flying past us without any hesitation, and it’s crazy! I am starting to feel like when I blink, a month flies past.
So, this week we’re trying to keep it simple, again. It’s a pretty busy week with a test, a wedding, and a birthday on top of our normal happenings, and neither of us really wanted to think about what needed to be done for dinner. We both love to cook, but man oh man is it nice to have a no-fuss night/week.
Enough prattling! Onto the meal plan!
April 29: beer brats, corn (we don’t eat corn too often, but I love it with garlic salt), zucchini
April 30: breaded baked pork chops, rice pilaf, salad
May 1: zucchini beef skillet
May 2: buffalo ranch meatballs cooked in the Crockpot, pierogi, carrots
May 3: buffalo chicken jalapeno popper casserole (YES AGAIN!!!!), bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers, salad
May 4: dinner at a wedding reception
May 5: birthday celebration, possibly
